Shipping Policy

Shipping time

We are slower than the average e-shops when it comes to shipping your orders for a simple reason : the daemons are not yet manufactured when you buy them ! Depending on the quantity of orders we’re receiving, please allow about one to four weeks for manufacturing time. In most cases, you will receive your package less than three weeks after making your purchase, but exceptionally it may take a bit longer.

Orders are processed chronologically, so those that do not contain daemons (Daenomalies, Illustration sets, etc.) are not shipped faster.

Shipping times depend on your delivery location. The table of destinations above contains estimations of shipping time by country.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept any returns on daemons or Daenomalies for obvious hygiene reasons. All the products we ship are unused and have never passed through the hands of another customer.

Please note that the right to withdrawal generally applicable to Internet purchases does not apply to daemons or Daenomalies (for hygiene and personalization reasons).

Discreet Shipping

Your order will be shipped in a neutral package with no mention of Fera Daemon or sexuality. The shipping label will only mention the address of our headquarters and the name of our company "FDblurringMR" (this name does not bring up Fera Daemon in a Google search). However, some bank statements might display "Fera Daemon."

For shipments outside the European Union, the envelope for customs documents contains the name of the products ("Echo Starlit Sapphire", for example). In customs services, our packages are classified under the category of massage devices.

Pickup Points

You can have your order delivered to a pick-up point for the following destinations: France, Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

France and Belgium pick-up points deliveries are managed by Mondial Relay. For the other countries, local carriers are handling the parcels.

The selection of the pick-up point can unfortunately only be done after payment.
