+ Is it possible to gift Fera Daemon gift cards anonymously ?
Yes ! Purchase the virtual gift card with your email address, and then forward the code to the person you wish to spoil!
When the person uses the gift card, they won't have access to any of your personal information.
+ When I pay with a gift card that was given to me, does the person who bought the card receive my personal information ?
No, when you make a payment with a gift card, the person who purchased the gift card receives none of your information. They are not even notified that the gift card has been used.
+ Can I make a payment with multiple gift cards ?
Yes, it's possible. If you're having trouble, contact us at admin@fera-daemon and we will merge your different gift cards.
+ Does my gift card have any restrictions ?
Not really, gift cards are not tied to any specific name, email address, or shipping country. A gift card can be used by anyone who has the code. It can therefore easily be gifted.
Our gift cards never expires, can be used to purchase any of our products, require no minimum spending amount, and are compatible with discounts.
However, gift cards are not refundable.
+ Can I cancel a gift card and get a refund ?
No, gift cards are not refundable.
